Our paving process is very straightforward, and we’ll take you from start to finish, understanding what type of coverage is best for you - balancing both cost-effective solutions with time-tested durability. We ensure that each and every one of our clients receives the utmost attention to detail when it comes to new paving. Our asphalt paving services include periodic inspections, pothole repairs, crack sealing, sealcoating, and resurfacing.
In a nutshell, asphalt resurfacing is exactly as it sounds. Often times, it is not necessary to remove all the older layers of asphalt prior to pouring new. In many instances, we can and do pave over existing pavement. As older asphalt nears the end of its life, resurfacing can ultimately be your best option. Resurfacing occurs when the older surface is relatively intact, however surface damage may be prevalent.
The asphalt resurfacing process is simple and concise. We begin by assessing the project, and understanding the scope of the task at hand. During our prep time, the old surface is prepared via cleaning, as well as any patching or repairing of damaged areas prior to installing what is referred to as the “overlay”. patching and filling smaller areas prior to resurfacing, ensures that there is an even spread of new pavement, without imperfections atop the finished product.
Before resurfacing, it is often times necessary to address drainage issues and/or correct any low spots, high spots, and general unevenness in the pave-able area(s). This aides in reducing long-term maintenance costs as well as ensuring that the pavement ages as it should without need for major repairs early on in the life-cycle. Once prepared, the resurfacing of your asphalt surfaces can begin.

Time is of the essence regarding asphalt repairs. Once asphalt begins to degrade, the timeframe of further breakdown may accelerate. As such, repairs should be addressed as soon as possible. Potholes, erosion, cracks, splits, foundational damage and fatigue can shorten the useful lifespan of pavement exponentially, but that’s why we’re here for you.
Our quick-fix or “emergency method” of patching is a simple solution to get you back up and running quickly. These quick-fixes include such services as “cold patching” - filling a pothole with hot mix asphalt directly, bypassing the need for full saw cutting and removal of the issue spot. This is great for temporary solutions, however the life expectancies of such repairs are quite short.
Partial Patching takes the cold patch to the next level, and is usually best for pavement which has issues that do not extend below the surface layer. We’ll use our milling machine to ensure that the new asphalt is installed and compacted atop a non-damaged layer of existing asphalt.

Using a hot-mix method, the surface patch goes slightly further in scope than a partial patch, and as such will suffice for a temporary patch for most driveways and lower-volume paved areas. The hot mix asphalt is applied directly to the older pavement without removing the damaged area prior, and is one of the most popular repairs before considering full removal and replacement.

That amazing overnight transformation you’ve often seen in someone’s parking lot, driveway, or street, is often times attributed to sealcoating. As the term implies, sealcoating is is a way of protecting an existing yet partially deteriorating asphalt layer from the elements of mother nature. Oxidization, weatherization, and of course daily use can wear down the surface, and as such, the asphalt can become faded, brittle and overly porous, causing even further deterioration.
Sealcoating of asphalt is a relatively straight forward process, and is consisting of a tar pitch, or asphalt emulsion mix. this mix often includes inert fillers, water, sand, emulsifying agends, and/or latex based additives. Our multi-coat methoodology ensures lasting protection against oil & petroleum spills, water, salt, sunlight, and other damaging elements. Did you know that maintaining your asphalt with regular sealcoating can extend the life expectancy of your pavement by nearly 300%? Let’s turn your asphalt pavement into a product that gives a lasting first impression.
Often times, a large area of old asphalt/paving can be cut away - removing the entirety of the damaged area, and then a new subbase installed. Atop this subbase will then be your new layer of asphalt, compacted as necessary. This method is also referred to as a full-depth patch.

Time to reinvigorate and breathe new life into your parking lot? Re striping may be the perfect solution for you. Preserving a property’s curb appeal is paramount, but so is improving and maintaining proper traffic flow, safety, and compliance (not to mention re-striping is a great way to maintain and even increase your property value).
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires all facilities with parking lots meet and/or exceed the parking requirements set forth in the Act. For a parking lot to be ADA compliant it must meet certain requirements such as, but not limited to, the number, size and location of handicap spaces, crosswalks, access aisles, and proper signage.
